Are you passionate about animals and love providing outstanding customer service? Join our front desk team at Pet Care Clinic of the High Country, a busy and compassionate GP Animal Emergency Clinic. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face for our clients and their pets.

About the Role:

Shifts:

• Weekdays only (no weekends!)
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Full-time or (part-time opportunity for the right candidate)

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting clients and pets warmly and professionally
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking in patients
• Managing medical records and handling billing/payment processing
• Supporting the veterinary team by keeping the front end running smoothly
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

What We're Looking For:

• Prior customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate
• A true love for animals and helping people
